Pita
New and I like it!
Walked towards Inman Square with the intention to taste delicacy from a new venue. The halfway point, I was struck with a debate with myself. On one side, Olecito is in Inman Sq never disappointed my "craving." The other, a new place may not be as appealing to my agitated mood. While the debate continued, I have crossed two intersections and was coming out of the corner of Olecito. My eyes immediately caught Pita's logo, and my mind...convinced.

Menu
The hand-written menu brings warmth and cozy feel. Bright yellow and red letters to distinguish choices and preference. The decorative wall art menu can become overwhelming partly due to its sheer size. However, each item is unique and authentic.
Decor
Part of me was curious to know how they would revamp the place that was previously owned by Olecito. Though they had moved right across Pita, it had left a vacant tiny food restaurant venue spot. How could they bring life from one small place? The focal point to be the menu and small unique art pieces throughout, that's how.
Order
Pita is a small place, hence, the food prepares have to be quick to serve and checkout for the next customer. When it was my time to order, I was not prepared. However, my eyes were glued to the Chicken Shish Kbabobs Combo Plate.
Experience
Always shocked and amused by what I find when it comes to food. Whether in a good or bad mood, food brought solace. My initial intention was to go to Olecito; however, I am glad that I visited Pita instead. The walk was about 20 minutes from where I work. It was a pleasant walk on a Winter/Spring day. Ample amount of time to relax, work out the appetite and look forward to an excellent meal to satisfy the hunger. Food was delicious. Food preparers were extraordinarily humble and generous to please your taste.
